Dreams by the Cranberries is a
great song to set one’s cd alarm clock to.  waking up to that song
is quite enjoyable.  it has a very “it’s a new day” type of

and Hilary Duff’s Metamorphasis
cd is a great cd to work out to.  something about the pop-y, very
upbeat songs, and the good swells/builds leading up to the chorus that
really gets me moving fast.   i tend to keep pace on the
elliptical machine with whatever i’m listening to, so the fast stuff is

  2. I had a friend of mine who set his alarm clock to the Cher song, “Do you believe in Life after Love.”  His theory was that the song is so bad that it would motivate him to get up and turn the alarm off instead of just laying there or hitting the snooze and having the song come on again.
